Jennifer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with nearly a decade of experience helping people recover from injury, move freely, and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them. Her approach to physical therapy combines hands-on treatment, patient education, and progressive exercise to create an individualized plan for each patient. Jennifer has extensive experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and post-operative conditions, including spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries, as well as working with athletes and active adults looking to get back to sport and recreation. Jennifer has pursued advanced training in dry needling, Mulligan manual therapy techniques, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and treatment of vestibular conditions, dizziness, vertigo, and concussion. She particularly enjoys incorporating Pilates principles into rehabilitation to help patients build strength, control, and confidence in their movement. A graduate of Simmons College, Jennifer earned both her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degrees while competing as a collegiate softball player. Her background as an athlete continues to influence her appreciation for keeping people active and helping them return to the things they love. Jennifer believes great physical therapy should be collaborative. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, explain the “why” behind their treatment, and give them the tools they need to take an active role in their recovery. At Kennebunk Physical Therapy, Jennifer provides the same individualized, one-on-one care that defines KPT: thoughtful treatment, evidence-informed clinical decision-making, and a focus on helping people move freely and live fully.
